Essential oils of spearmint (Mentha spicata), ginger (Zingiber officinale), and lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
Additional Uses:Athlete's foot, cramps, depressive mood, headaches, indigestion, jet lag, low appetite, mental fatigue, muscle ache, nausea, stress, and travel sickness.
General Adult Applications:
Bath: Mix 2-6 drops with bath oil or shower gel to disperse in a full bath.
Diffuse: Diffuser or nebulizer following the manufacturer's instructions.
Massage: 2-6 drops to 10 ml (2 tsp) oil or cream.
