How to Take

Squeeze

Shake well and squeeze the dropper bulb to draw up the desired serving.

Drop

Release the serving into 2-4 ounces of water and drink. Or release the serving under the tongue, hold the serving there for a moment before swallowing.

Drink

For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.

Suggested adult use

Squeeze the dropper bulb to draw 1 milliliter.

Take directly under the tongue, or add it to 2-4 ounces or water or juice.

Herbal Precautions

Goat's rue may interfere with blood thinning medication.

Cinnamon may interact with blood thinner, statins, and other medication that can harm the liver. May enhance diabetes medications.

Schisandra may cause sever hypertension when taken with vasoconstrictors or sympathomimetics, such as epinephrine, ephedrine, methoxamine, and phenylephrine. It can interact with certain medications, including tacrolimus, warfarin, midazolam, talinolol, and voriconazole. Avoid with pregnancy and lactation.

Goats Rue has been used to stimulated lactation in livestock and nursing mothers. Two of its compounds lead to the creation of the medication Metformin.

Cinnamon bark has been used in as culinary spice for centuries. It's warm scent and taste offers a sweetness to a dish without adding sugar. 

Schisandra berries are used in Korean cooking because it possess the five distinct flavors - salty, bitter, sour, pungent, and sweet. Historically is a used in herbal medicine for several immunological, liver, and circulatory concerns.
