How to Take
Drop
Release the serving into 2-4 ounces of water and drink. Or release the serving under the tongue, hold the serving there for a moment before swallowing.

Linden has no known precautions.
Valerian should be avoided with using barbiturates, benzodiazepines, or other sedatives as the effects may be enhanced. May also enhance the effects of alcoholic or THC beverages.
